Drop It Like It’s Squat- 20 minutes
Pick one body weight exercise like a pushup, sit-up, or squat. Do as many reps as possible in 20 minutes, focusing on the form throughout. Some people max out their first set, while others have trouble making it through to the end.
Another Night At The Bar
Load a bench press barbell with 135 pounds. Do as many as you possibly can. Once you can’t take any more, do as many dead hang pull-ups as you can. Do five sets of these, resting for two minutes in between sets. By the end, your upper body will want to explode.
Work These Puns Into Guns
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Do this over and over for 4 sets.
