Harvard researchers found that people who drank at least one cup of coffee a day were 8% less likely to develop diabetes. Coffee is high in a polyphenol called chlorogenic acid, and this has been shown to reduce blood sugar concentrations.
Coffee can improve your driving. Researchers from Netherlands discovered that people who drank one cup of coffee in the middle of a 4-hour long task swerved less, was seen as more responsible, and maintained proper speed.
Kidney stones can be avoided with a cup of coffee! Because of the caffeine content, coffee helps you pee more and flushes down the excess calcium and sodium. Drinking tea, wine and beer also help you fight against kidney stones. Just avoid club soda, those who drink that sugary drink are 23% more likely to develop kidney stones.
You’ll be able to remember things more. People who consumed 200 milligrams of caffeine were able to recall images shown to them 24 hours later better than others.

The University of Hawaii Cancer Centre discovered that people who drank 2-3 cups of coffee a day were about 38% less likely to develop liver cancer over 18 years.
