Everyone hates the dreaded “B” word. Sometimes it’s in our genes, and you can’t really help it. In certain cases, you’re just unlucky. For all men (and even women), it’s a demoralizing thought that just completely strips you of your manhood. We have some ideas and tips on how to stop or slow down the process of balding. Because we care.
Find the Root of the Problem
Is it from genetics? Or is it from your diet? Or do you have some disease like thyroid problems you didn’t know about?
One of the best ways to tackle the problem is to find out what the problem is and then address it accordingly. For example, if you have thyroid problems, you can easily remedy that problem by going to the doctor’s and taking some pills. Or you could lack iron, and maybe that’s why your hair is falling out. It doesn’t all have to be genetics!
If your diet consists of chips and meat, without any added nutrients, you’re going to find yourself finding a hard time. You need every vitamin in order for your nails and your hair to keep growing healthily.
Change Your Shampoo
Maybe the shampoo you’re currently using is too harsh. Sometimes shampoo washes away all the oils in your hair and makes your hair greasier — which is a reason why your hair may be falling out so much. In other cases, maybe you have dandruff! You would need something like Head and Shoulders to remedy that. All in all, try to stick to a sulfate-free shampoo if you don’t have dandruff and lessen your hair washing to only 2 times a week.
Get a Transplant
This is the last option for you guys. But if you’re faced with hair problems and it’s hereditary, you can at least get a hair transplant. It’ll feel like your real hair and you won’t really feel like you’re wearing a wig.
Kudos and good luck men.
