It’s often hard to find exercises that will fit in your schedule if you’re a busy man like us. Who has the time, with work and family and everything? Well, we have the perfect solution for you.
Perform 1 set of each of the four exercises.
You want to work on a specific body part on each day so you can allow the rest of your body to rest.
Do 1 set of deadlifts and 1 set of bench presses. Rest 40 seconds between each set and do it a total of 6 times.
Do one set of lunges and 1 set of diagonal lifts and presses. Rest 50 seconds between each set, if possible. Do 3 sets of these.
Do 2 sets of deadlifts and 2 sets of bench presses. Do it at your own weight and make sure not to over exert yourself.
Do 3 sets of backward lunges and 1 set of diagonal lifts and presses. Rest 30 seconds between each set.
Do 3 sets of bench presses, and use the cable machine to do 5 sets of deadlifts.
Do 1 set of backward lunges and 3 set of diagonal lifts and presses.
